The location of the hotel was wonderful, it's really close to William McKinley Park. I was upgraded due to an issue with the standard room and was given a fantastic room with 2 beds.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to giving directions and helping me with the GPS. I really appreciated their patience and assistance. The cleanliness of the establishment, including the pool and hallways, was impressive. The bed covers, sheets, and pillows were all clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the woman who attended to the breakfast stations did an exceptional job.

The hotel is in need of remodeling, as some areas, like the elevator and the floors it stops on, have uneven surfaces.

We had a very nice visit to the Holiday Inn Express in Clermont. The two queen suite we stayed in was spacious and quiet at night. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of items, including omelets and sausage. The staff was cordial and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel.
